we do not take any responsibility for the goods sold by you and are required to pass on your contact details to anyone who contacts us regarding items you have sold at our market.
preloved stallholders MUST only sell their own items. all stallholders will be required a complete an “indemnity and release form” to ensure that they are not buying and selling preloved goods for a profit.

Would like to Book & Pay for a Stall

Preloved Stallholders you may wish to send us a quick email to confirm a stall is still available. Send an email and please provide us information on the market location, date and type of stall you require.

Helpful Information for Completely the BOOKING FORM: Once you have completed the booking form it will then take you to PAYPAL where you can pay via your paypal account or as a guest with your creditcard or debitcard. Your form will be processed at the time of completing and your booking will only be finalised when you have paid. Incase there is an error in the system and we overbook you will receive an email and refund within 3 days. Please ensure you select the correct information from the drop down menus or you may end up booking the incorrect stall/market. Once your payment has been allocated to your booking at NQBKM we will then send you an official confirmation email. Please allow up to 7 business days for this. # if you complete the book & pay form for “preloved stall” and we are booked out we will contact you within 48hours and refund the fees paid.

PRELOVED STALLHOLDER CLAUSE: all Preloved Stallholders will now have to sign an “indemnity and release form” to ensure that they are not buying and selling preloved goods for a profit but that they are their own preloved goods; that they release NQBKM from any responsibility of the products that they sell being that legally in relation to selling of secondhand goods or under safety laws or public liability. All stallholders must agree to sell only their own peronsal preloved baby & kids goods and that all items meet Australian Safety Standards and that no car seat/restraints have been in an accident.

Once your stall is paid and confirmed we will send you a “preloved stallholder best market experience pack”. This will help you further with getting the best out of your market experience and preparing your stall for the day. In the meantime there is alot of information on our website.
