SINGLE STALL – Retail/Business/Hobbist or Promotional Stall – Option 1

  • $75.00 MKY Fee – Covered under our Public Liability Insurance
  • $60.00 MKY Fee – Providing your own Product & Public Liability Insurance (must provide a copy of PLI)
  • #Please note: in the event that our main hall is booked out you will be automaticly allocated to our outdoor/undercover area. 

DOUBLE STALL - Retail/Business/Hobbist or Promotional Stall – Option 2

  • 1 Trestle Table (Mky tables are 1.8mx.75m)
  • $125.00 MKY Fee – Covered under our Public Liability Insurance
  • $110.00 MKY Fee – Providing your own Product & Public Liability Insurance (must provide a copy of PLI)
  • UNDERCOVER/OUTDOOR 3m x3m $70 EARLY BIRD SPECIAL MKY – Either Covered under our Public Liability Insurance/Self Insured
  • GRASSED AREA/OUTDOOR 3m x 3m $40 EARLY BIRD SPECIAL MKY – Either Covered under our Public Liability Insurance/Self Insured
  • 1 table only provided - allows for you to bring more hanging racks (NO ROUND COMMERCIAL RACKS)
  • 2m x 4m space (est)
  • #Please note: in the event that our main hall is booked out you will be automaticly allocated to our outdoor/undercover area.  These spaces are 3mx3m and you are allowed a marque frame in the outdoor areas only. (please do not ask to bring a marque for use in our main hall).

SUPER DOUBLE STALL MACKAY – Retail/Business/Promotional - Option 3 

  • $150 – please contact us to discuss your needs – ONLY available in Mackay and you must have your own public liability insurance.

BUSINESS MARKETING PACKAGE –  $150.00 – 3 Sponsors per market.

Includes:

  • Small Table (1mx1m) Only Space to display promotion at market in main hall (this can be manned or unmanned – but you must set up prior to 7:30am and remove at 12:30pm);
  • Several profile/product reviews on facebook leading up to the market;
  • Product/Logo advert on market flyer;
  • Inclusion in E-Newsletter prior to market;
  • 310x225pxls Advert on NQBKM website “market advert page”
  • Product Cards (x4) for NQBKM home page advertising and Facebook advertising.
  • Your flyers/business cards available at front entry table of market (on market day please provide along with A4 Photoframe or plastic stand with your business logo/details to be displayed).

Business Stalls – New to our markets:   Some pre-approved stallholders have “exclusive rights” to sell certain products or Brand labels at our markets, in the case that you overlap you may be asked not to bring certain items from your range, however will do our best to accommodate as many different businesses as possible. You will be require to submit an application form to become an “Approved Business Stallholder” (click on organge box below) and then once approved (may take upto 14days) you will be emailed an invitation to complete the Booking Form to attend our market when bookings open.  We can not gurantee you will still get a position at our markets as they are in high demand and book out very quickly. Photograhers are invited to attend our markets based on a rotation system to provide opportunites for all in our local area.  If you are a photographer please ensure you are on our contact list by submitting an “Application Form”.

Business Stalls – Approved Stallholders:   Past stallholders are “Approved Stallholders”, unless you have been contacted by NQBKM and informed of a breach of terms and conditions and are no longer allowed to attend our markets; or have been given a penalty of one market exemption due to a breach of terms or conditions or another reason.  Once bookings are open for the next market all “Approved Business Stallholders”may complete a booking form and pay online (click on blue box below).  Photograhers are invited to attend our markets based on a rotation system to provide opportunites for all in our local area.  If you are a photographer please ensure you are on our contact list by submitting an “Application Form”.

Helpful Information for Completely the BOOKING FORM [BOOK&PAY FORM]:  Once you have completed the booking form it will then take you to PAYPAL where you can pay via your paypal account or as a guest with your creditcard or debitcard.  Your form will be processed at the time of completing and your booking will only be finalised when you have paid.  Incase there is an error in the system and we overbook you will receive an email and refund within 48hours.  Please ensure you select the correct information from  the drop down menus or you may end up booking the incorrect stall/market.  Once your payment has been allocated to your booking at NQBKM we will then send you an official confirmation email. Please allow up to 7 business days for this.  # if you complete the booking form for “approved business stallholders” by mistake and make payment, we will contact you within 48hours and refund the fees paid.  We will then ask you to complete the correct application form.

Charity Stallholders

We allow 2 single stalls per market for a local charity or not for profit organisation to attend our markets and promote their service or group.  These stalls can be used to promote, sell preloved or new products that support your organisation/group, to sell raffle tickets that raise funds for your charity or simply to create awareness in the community about your group/organisation/services.  All charity groups must be registered as a not for profit organisation and have their own public liability insurance.  You will be require to submit an application form and then once approved (may take upto 14days) you will be emailed an invitation to complete the Booking Form to attend our market.  You will have 3 business days to complete the booking from once approved or risk having your position reallocated to another group.
