Business Stalls – New to our markets: Some pre-approved stallholders have “exclusive rights” to sell certain products or Brand labels at our markets, in the case that you overlap you may be asked not to bring certain items from your range, however will do our best to accommodate as many different businesses as possible. You will be require to submit an application form to become an “Approved Business Stallholder” (click on organge box below) and then once approved (may take upto 14days) you will be emailed an invitation to complete the Booking Form to attend our market when bookings open. We can not gurantee you will still get a position at our markets as they are in high demand and book out very quickly. Photograhers are invited to attend our markets based on a rotation system to provide opportunites for all in our local area. If you are a photographer please ensure you are on our contact list by submitting an “Application Form”.
Business Stalls – Approved Stallholders: Past stallholders are “Approved Stallholders”, unless you have been contacted by NQBKM and informed of a breach of terms and conditions and are no longer allowed to attend our markets; or have been given a penalty of one market exemption due to a breach of terms or conditions or another reason. Once bookings are open for the next market all “Approved Business Stallholders”may complete a booking form and pay online (click on blue box below). Photograhers are invited to attend our markets based on a rotation system to provide opportunites for all in our local area. If you are a photographer please ensure you are on our contact list by submitting an “Application Form”.
Helpful Information for Completely the BOOKING FORM [BOOK&PAY FORM]: Once you have completed the booking form it will then take you to PAYPAL where you can pay via your paypal account or as a guest with your creditcard or debitcard. Your form will be processed at the time of completing and your booking will only be finalised when you have paid. Incase there is an error in the system and we overbook you will receive an email and refund within 48hours. Please ensure you select the correct information from the drop down menus or you may end up booking the incorrect stall/market. Once your payment has been allocated to your booking at NQBKM we will then send you an official confirmation email. Please allow up to 7 business days for this. # if you complete the booking form for “approved business stallholders” by mistake and make payment, we will contact you within 48hours and refund the fees paid. We will then ask you to complete the correct application form.
